摘要
泰山“挑山工”精神是指泰山挑山工体现出的永不懈怠的精神状态和一往无前的奋斗姿态。通过对泰山所在地高校“挑山工”精神教育的现状实证调研,发现存在对“挑山工”精神内涵和外延解读不够精准、教育形式相对单一、灌输式的教育方式使学生不易消化吸收等问题。精准解读泰山“挑山工”精神进行有助于大学生精准认知,从而把精神内化于心。将泰山“挑山工”精神教育纳入大学生人才培养方案,专门设计精神品质培养方案,同时统筹第一课堂和第二课堂,发挥大学生主观能动性,可以使大学生将精神外化于行。
The spirit of“Mountain Tai carrier”refers to the never-slacken spirit and indomitable striving attitude of Mount Tai carriers,which is the epitome of the spirit of Tai’an people and even Shandong people.Based on the present situation investigation and study analysis of“Mountain Tai carrier”spirit education in local colleges,we found that there are inaccurate connotation and denotation interpretation about“Mountain Tai carrier”spirit in local colleges,leading to some vague understanding among college students.At the same time,the education form is relatively monotonous,which affected the education efficiency.Accurate interpretation of“Mountain Tai carrier”spirit is conducive to the accurate cognition of college students,thus internalizing the spirit in their hearts.By absorbing“Mountain Tai carrier”spirit education into the college students’talent training program specially designed spiritual quality training program,while taking the first class and the second class into consideration,the college students can give play to their subjective initiative.Therefore,college students can externalize the spirit in action.
