摘要 由于石油钻探设备潜在性故障表现不明显,特征因素较少,造成一般故障监测系统一直表现较差。针对上述问题,设计基于激光拉曼光谱的海洋石油钻探设备潜在性故障监测系统。该系统通过激光拉曼光谱仪分析钻探设备油气数据,并在无线通信模块控制下,发送到监测中心单元。在中心单元,利用基于人工免疫算法的故障诊断程序诊断钻探设备潜在性故障,并在显示器上显示诊断结果,实现与用户的交互,完成故障监测。结果表明:所设计系统应用下,训练误差在8%左右,诊断准确率在90%左右,与三种故障监测系统相比,所设计系统监测表现更好。 Because the potential faults of oil drilling equipment are not obvious and there are few characteristic factors,the general fault monitoring system has always performed poorly.To solve the above problems,a potential fault monitoring system for offshore oil drilling equipment based on Laser Raman spectroscopy is designed.The system analyzes the oil and gas data of drilling equipment by laser Raman spectrometer,and sends it to the monitoring center unit under the control of wireless communication module.In the central unit,the potential fault diagnosis of drilling equipment is carried out by using the fault diagnosis program based on artificial immune algorithm,and the diagnosis results are displayed on the display to realize the interaction with users and complete fault monitoring.The results show that the simulation training error is about 8%and the diagnosis accuracy is about 90%.Compared with the three fault monitoring systems,the monitoring performance of the designed system is better.
