摘要
探索了利用本色杨木浆生产牛皮包装纸的试验过程,分别采用了实验室快速纸页成型器、动态纸页成型器以及小长网纸机进行模拟实验,研究不同打浆度、添加量的本色杨木浆加入时对牛皮包装纸的性能影响,以作为实际生产的参考依据。在实际生产实践中,采用松木(打浆度28±2°SR)和杨木(打浆度30±2°SR)质量比1∶1的比例进行抄造,所生产纸张的耐折度达到100次以上,耐破指数达到3.5kPa·m^(2)/g以上,纵向撕裂指数达到9.5mN·m^(2)/g以上,各项指标均达到了牛皮包装纸的质量要求。
In this paper,the experimental process of producing kraft wrapping paper from natural poplar wood pulp was explored.The laboratory rapid paper former,dynamic paper former and a small fourdrinier machine were used to study the effects of different beating degrees and different additions of natural color poplar pulp on the paper properties of kraft packaging paper,which can be used as a reference for actual production.In the actual production practice,the mass ratio of pine(beating degree 28±2 °SR) and poplar(beating degree 30±2 °SR) is 1∶1.The folding resistance of the produced paper reaches more than 100 times,the bursting index reaches more than 3.5 kPa·m^(2)/g,the tearing index reaches more than 9.5 mN·m^(2)/g,and all indexes meet the quality requirements of kraft packaging paper.
