摘要
岩溶地质是隧道施工常见的不良地质,施工中容易引起突水、突泥等问题。以安六铁路大用隧道为背景,研究了隧道穿越全填充型溶洞的开挖方式及支护技术,提出了隧道三台阶开挖“桩筏”结构设计方案,通过对其中旋喷桩、袖阀管、径向注浆等技术的研究,最大限度地保证了施工速度,为后续类似岩溶区隧道建设施工提供了经验。
Karst geology is a common adverse geology in tunnel construction,which is easy to cause water inrush,mud inrush and other problems during construction.Taking the large-scale tunnel of an Anshun-Liupanshui railway as the background,the excavation method and support technology of the tunnel crossing the fully filled karst cave are studied,and the structural design scheme of"pile raft"for the three-step excavation of the tunnel is put forward.Through the research on the technologies like rotary jet grouting pile,sleeve valve tube,radial grouting and so on,the construction speed is guaranteed to the greatest extent,so as to provide experience for the subsequent tunnel construction in similar karst areas.
