摘要
本试验以南美白对虾为受试对象,探究小球藻对其机体免疫功能的影响,并确定小球藻的最适添加量.试验周期为28 d,试验结束后采集南美白对虾血液,检测免疫相关指标.结果显示,试验2组和试验3组南美白对虾血清中的总抗氧化能力、超氧化物歧化酶活性、溶菌酶活性、碱性磷酸酶活性及酸性磷酸酶活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).研究表明,在南美白对虾养殖生产中使用1.5%和2%的小球藻可以有效改善机体的免疫功能,且小球藻的最适添加量为1.5%.
This experiment took Litopenaeus vannamei as the experimental object to explore the effect of different levels of Chlorella vulgaris on its immune function, and to determine the optimal amount of Chlorella vulgaris added. After the 28-day test, blood was collected from Litopenaeus vannamei to detect immune-related indicators. The results showed that the total antioxidant capacity, superoxide dismutase activity, lysozyme activity, alkaline phosphatase activity and acid phosphatase activity in the serum of Litopenaeus vannamei in test groups 2and 3 were significantly higher than those in the control group(P< 0.05).The Studies indicated that the use of 1.5% and 2% Chlorella vulgaris in the production of Litopenaeus vannamei can effectively improve the immune function of the body, and the optimum amount of Chlorella vulgaris is 1.5%.
