林木种子制取生物柴油工艺的初探

摘要 以宁夏卫矛种子为原料,采用超临界萃取技术提取生物柴油。通过单因素试验法和正交试验法研究了萃取压力、萃取温度、原料颗粒度、原料配料比等对出油率的影响。结果表明:萃取压力20 MPa、萃取温度50℃、配料质量比为1∶0.6的无水乙醇,原料颗粒径为0.212 mm以上,萃取卫矛的出油率可达42.8%,为开发生物柴油新原料提供了理论基础,对促进能源的转型具有重要的意义。 Supercritical extraction was used to extract biodiesel from Ningxia euphorbia and Caragana korshinskii seeds respectively.The oil yield was measured by single factor test and orthogonal experiment.The extraction pressure,extraction temperature,raw material granules and extraction time were used.The experimental results show that the optimum conditions for extracting biodiesel from Caragana korshinskii.using critical CO_(2)extraction technology are:extraction pressure was 18 MPa,extraction temperature was 35℃,absolute ratio of material to liquid 1∶0.8,raw material particle size was 0.212 mm.The yield of the glycerol reached 42.8%.Ningxia uses supercritical CO_(2)extraction technology to extract biodiesel from Euonymus and Caragana seeds,which can provide new opportunities for the development and utilization of biomass energy,and was of great significance for promoting energy transformation.
