摘要
晋商辉煌的业绩世界瞩目,他们在长期的商业经营中留下了大量的办货规程等应用型文献,其中的茶叶规程独具特色,一条条细致的规程勾画了山西商人在万里茶路茶叶贸易上的完整产业链。文章研究了近代山西茶商在贸易过程中的茶叶规程,包括不同产区的茶叶品质及办茶过程中相关物品的采办信息、加工制茶规程、加工用人规程等内容,以及在茶叶装运过程中涉及的包装运输细节和万里茶路上各段路程的运输路线。
The brilliant achievements of Shanxi businessmen have attracted worldwide attention. They have left unique goods handling regulations in their long-term business operations, among which the tea regulations are unique. The article introduced the tea regulations of modern Shanxi tea merchants in the process of trade, including the tea quality in different producing areas and the procurement information of related items, the tea processing regulations, the processing employment regulations, etc., and the tea shipment process. The packaging and transportation details involved and the transportation routes for each section of the Wanli Tea Road were also analyzed.
