基于PI算法的双向DC-DC转换器电感电流控制与仿真

摘要 为控制车载低压电器供电电池双向DC-DC转换器的电感器电流,精确调整PWM波占空比,以使低压电池随时准备为高压电池组充电,从而为汽车起动提供能量,实现能源的高效利用。采用非隔离DC-DC转换器实现能量的双向输入输出,将其电感器上导通电流作为PWM控制对象。基于Levant微分器对输入到系统中的方波信号进行过渡控制,实现输入信号的平滑过渡和控制信号过渡时间。基于MATLAB Simulink仿真环境和PI算法搭建PWM电流控制双向DC-DC转换器模型。通过仿真模拟获得较好的PI参数,得出二极管控制电流和低压电池组电压变化情况,结果表明:转换器能够很好地实现能量的双向传递,输入信号实现了平滑过渡。为车载低压电器双向DC-DC转换电感电流精确控制提供了参考。 In order to control the inductor current of the bidirectional DC-DC converter for the vehicle low-voltage electrical power supply battery,the PWM wave duty cycle is accurately adjust,so that the low-voltage battery is ready to charge the high-voltage battery pack at any time,so as to provide energy for vehicle starting and realize the efficient utilization of energy.The non-isolated DC-DC converter is used to realize the bidirectional input and output of energy,and the conduction current on its inductor is used as the PWM control object.Based on the Levant differentiator,the square wave signal that inputs to the system is controlled,smooth transition of input signal and control signal transition time are realized.Based on MATLAB Simulink simulation environment,the model of PWM current-controlled bidirectional DC-DC converter using PI algorithm is built.The better PI parameters are obtained by simulation,and the changes of diode control current and low-voltage battery voltage are got.The results show that the converter can well realize the bidirectional transmission of energy and the smooth transition of input signal,which provides a reference for the accurate control of bidirectional DC-DC converter in vehicle low-voltage electrical apparatus.
