摘要培养什么人、怎样培养人,以及为谁培养人是人才培养的根本问题,涉及教学、教材、学科、管理等各个体系,而贯通其中的是思想政治工作体系。通过深化课程目标、内容、结构、模式等方面的改革,课程思政将政治认同、国家意识、文化自信、人格养成等思想政治教育导向与各专业课程固有的知识和技能传授有机融合,促进学生的自由全面发展,充分发挥教育的教书育人作用。以立德树人为根本,以资源勘查工程专业为例,系统考虑专业思想政治课程体系,致力于多维多向协同研究,既提升了思想政治课程的主渠道作用,又发挥了专业课及实践课的育人功能,拓展了教育教学空间,构建了一体化的“专业思想政治”育人体系。 Who,how and for whom to train people is the fundamental issue of talent training,which involves teaching,teaching materials,disciplines,management and other systems,among which the ideological and political work system runs through.By deepening the reform of curriculum objectives,content,structure,model,etc.,the ideological and political education of the curriculum will organically integrate political identity,national consciousness,cultural self-confidence,personality cultivation and other ideological and political education orientations with the teaching of inherent knowledge and skills of various professional courses,promote the free and comprehensive development of students,and give full play to the role of education in teaching and educating people.Based on morality and talent cultivation,taking the resource exploration engineering major as an example,we systematically consider the professional ideological and political curriculum system and are committed to multidimensional and multi-directional collaborative research,which not only enhances the role of the ideological and political curriculum as the main channel,but also gives play to the educational function of professional courses and practical courses,expands the education and teaching space,and builds an integrated professional ideological and political educational system.
