摘要
房地产企业在招投标环节经常遇到信息不对称、信息孤岛、信息参考数据少等问题,严重影响招投标环节的管理水平。文中通过分析房地产招投标管理信息技术的作用,对房地产招投标信息化管理体系的建设际应用进行了阐述,提出了规范招投标信息化的建议。
Real estate enterprises often encounter problems such as asymmetric information, isolated information island and few information reference data in the bidding process, which seriously affects the actual management level of the bidding process. By analyzing the role of information technology in real estate bidding management, this paper expounds the construction and practical application of real estate bidding information management system, and summarizes some suggestions on standardizing bidding information.
