摘要
锚固广泛应用于大型石油储罐中,对大型石油储罐在多风和多地震地区的平稳安全使用提供了很好的保障。对影响锚固设置的举升力、风载荷、地震载荷进行举例分析,通过公式分析和详细计算提供直观、准确的定量数据,强调了设计中呼吸阀工作压力的差异、保温材料密度、狭管效应及抗震设防烈度等对锚固设置的影响,讨论了锚固设计制造中可能的局部干扰、碰撞以及应力叠加情况。
Anchoring is widely used in large oil storage tanks,which provides a good guarantee for the smooth and safe use of large oil storage tanks in windy earthquake-prone areas.The lifting force,wind load and seismic load that affect the anchorage setting were analyzed with examples,and the intuitive and accurate quantitative data were provided through formula analysis and detailed calculation.The influence of the working pressure difference of the breather valve,the density of thermal insulation materials,the narrow tube effect and the seismic fortification intensity on the anchorage setting in the design was emphasized.The possible local interference,collision and stress superposition in the anchorage design and manufacture are discussed.
