摘要
目的探讨黄葵胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病(Diabetic Nephropathy,DN)的疗效,分析其延缓肾功能衰竭的作用机制。方法选择2016年3月—2021年3月来就诊的Ⅲ~Ⅳ期的DN患者为研究对象,共114例,根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组57例和观察组57例。对照组患者进行西医常规治疗,患者实施糖尿病(Diabetes Mellitus,DM)饮食管理,同时根据不同临床症状给予降糖、降压和降脂治疗。观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予黄葵胶囊治疗。所有患者均治疗8周,记录患者治疗前后的血糖、糖化血红蛋白、24 h尿蛋白、尿免疫球蛋白IgG、血β2微球蛋白、尿素氮、肌酐及肾功能的改善情况。结果治疗后,2组患者的血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平和肾功能相关指标均有所改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组的血糖、糖化血红蛋白、肾功能相关指标均明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用黄葵胶囊治疗DN具有良好的疗效,可以减少尿蛋白,有保护肾功能的作用,能够有效抑制DN的发展,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of Huangkui capsule in treating diabetic nephropathy,and to analyze the mechanism of delaying renal failure.Methods One hundred and fourteen patients with diabetic nephropathy in our hospital from March 2016 to March2021 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table.Patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine,received diet management,and were controlled blood sugar,blood pressure and blood lipid according to the different clinical symptoms.The study group was treated with Huangkui capsule on the basis of the control group.All patients were treated for 8 weeks and recorded before and after treatment in patients with blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,24h urinary protein,immunoglobulin Ig G,serumβ2 microspheres protein,urea nitrogen,creatinine.The fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and renal function of the two groups were analyzed and compared,and the therapeutic effect was compared.Results After treatment,the blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin level and renal function indices were improved,and it was statistically significant compared with those of before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,renal function related indicators of the study group were significantly improved,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The total efficiency of study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangkui capsule in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy has good curative effect,it can reduce urinary protein,and has renal protective effect,and can effectively inhibit the diabetic nephropathy.It is worth clinical promotion and application.
