摘要
目的观察电针联合刺络放血拔罐治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法按随机数字表法将符合标准的60例患者分为对照组(30例)和治疗组(30例)。2组均予电针治疗作为基础治疗,治疗组在原有基础上予刺络放血拔罐。比较2组患者治疗前后疼痛及肩关节活动度改善程度。结果治疗组愈显率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者视觉模拟评法(VAS)评分及肩关节活动度均有改善,且治疗组患者改善程度均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针联合刺络放血拔罐治疗肩周炎效果确切,能有效改善患者病情,可增加患者肩关节活动度及缓解患者肩关节疼痛。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with pricking and bloodletting with cupping in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.Methods According to random number table method,60 patients who met the standard were divided into control group(30 cases)and treatment group(30 cases).Both groups were treated with electroacupuncture as basic treatment.The treatment group was given pricking and bloodletting with cupping on the basis of the original treatment.Before and after treatment,pain and improve the degree of shoulder joint mobility was compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Visual analogue scale(VAS)score and range of motion of shoulder in groups were improved to degrees after treatment,the improvement degree in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and there had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with pricking and bloodletting with cupping in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder has a definite effect,can effectively improve the patient’s condition,and increase the range of motion of shoulder joint and relieve pain.
