摘要
桥本氏病(Hashimoto thyroiditis,HT)是一类临床非常多见的自身免疫性疾病。刘怀珍教授认为,此病乃气、痰、瘀共同为患,从而引发肝、脾、肾功能失调及运化失常。故治疗上应根据不同分期辨证论治,基于滋水涵木扶土之论,提出治疗时应以“调肝健脾益肾”为大法,兼顾理气化痰活血,审证求机,疗效显著。
Hashimoto’s disease(HT)is a very common autoimmune disease.Professor Liu Huaizhen believes that the disease is caused by qi,phlegm and blood stasis,which leads to dysfunction of liver,spleen and kidney and abnormal transportation.Therefore,the treatment should be based on different stages of syndrome differentiation.Based on the theory of nourishing water,containing wood and supporting soil,it is proposed that“regulating the liver,strengthening the spleen and benefiting the kidney”should be taken as the main method in the treatment,and qi regulating,phlegm resolving and blood activating should be taken into account.
