摘要
针对带式输送机的输煤效率与开采量的不匹配问题,以国内某选煤厂的输煤装置作为研究对象,基于带式输送机的工作原理和实际工况需求,提出了结构、运输流程、物料一体化改进方案,优化升级了现有输送装置系统,并在实际工况环境下进行了检验,结果发现,改造后的管状带式输送机的输煤装置的输煤效率提高了12%,达到了节能绿色化要求,此次优化设计对煤矿设备绿色化发展起到一定的推动意义。
Aiming at the mismatch between the coal conveying efficiency and the mining volume of the belt conveyor,taking the coal conveying device of a domestic coal preparation plant as the research object,and based on the working principle and actual working conditions of the belt conveyor,the integrated improvement plan of structure,transportation process and materials is proposed;the existing conveying device system is optimized and upgraded,and then tested in the actual working environment.It is found that the coal conveying efficiency of the coal conveying device of the modified tubular belt conveyor is increased by 12%,meeting the requirements of green energy conservation.The optimization design has certain significance in promoting the green development of coal mine equipment.
