摘要
密涅瓦大学以其全新的本科生培养理念,在办学模式上进行了极富创新意识的探索。基于密涅瓦大学“以学生为中心”的教育理念,从招生方式、课程设置、教学方式、体验学习和职业发展等方面进行探析发现:密涅瓦大学本科生培养模式具有多层次的培养目标、“重能力—强交叉—既博又专”的课程设置、线上线下相结合的教学方式、全方位的保障等特点。对我国创新本科教育理念和目标、构建跨学科的课程体系、创新课堂教学模式、完善实践育人环节、加强教师队伍建设等方面具有重要启示。
With the brand-new concept of undergraduate cultivation, Minerva Schools at KGI has made an innovative exploration on the mode of running a school. Based on the student-centered concept, the study explores the ways of enrollment, curriculum design, teaching methods, experiential learning and career development. It is found that the undergraduate cultivation mode of Minerva Schools at KGI has the characteristics of multilevel cultivation target, the course setting of focusing on ability, strong cross-cutting, both comprehensive and specialized, the teaching method combining online and offline, and all-around guarantee. It is of great enlightenment for our country to innovate the concept of undergraduate education, construct interdisciplinary curriculum system, innovate classroom teaching methods, improve the practice education and strengthen the ranks of teachers.
