摘要
针对商用地下建筑的消防安全监督管理难点、消防安全行为、地下建筑的火灾风险特点等问题,分析了在商用地下建筑中火灾防范与监督管理面临的种种问题以及现阶段消防管理执行的现状,通过案例分析和数据调查,提出商用地下建筑的消防监督管理的对策。
Aiming at the difficulties of fire safety supervision and management of commercial underground buildings, the fire risk characteristics of underground buildings and other issues, this paper analyzes various problems faced by fire prevention and supervision and management in commercial underground buildings and the present situation of fire management implementation. Through case analysis and data investigation, it puts forward some suggestions on improving fire supervision and management of commercial underground buildings.
