摘要
共有产权住房是为健全符合国情的住房保障和供应体系,解决保障性住房产生的诸多问题,实现住房保障对象的全面覆盖而提出的新型方案。以上海市为例,分析在此城市背景和地域环境下的共有产权住房主要特征。通过总结上海市因地制宜发展共有产权住房的经验,从而为国内其他城市共有产权住房的实践探索提供一定的借鉴。
Joint-ownership housing is a new scheme proposed to improve the housing security and supply system in line with national conditions,solve many problems caused by indemnificatory housing,and realize the comprehensive coverage of housing security objects.This paper takes Shanghai as an example,this paper analyzes the main characteristics of joint-ownership housing under this urban background and regional environment.By summarizing the experience of developing joint-ownership housing according to local conditions in Shanghai,this paper provides some reference for the practical exploration of joint-ownership housing in other cities in China.
