摘要
为确保盾构管片在地铁建设期和运营期的安全质量,依托贵阳地铁某号线一期工程盾构管片选型,从管片组合方式、分块类型、尺寸拟定、楔形量确定、排版拼装形式等方面进行分析,提出管片选型控制要点并针对该工程岩溶地质特点,综合比对后优选出适合该地区的盾构隧道衬砌管片,确保了盾构管片环成型质量,有效地降低了隧道渗漏水。
In order to ensure the safety and quality of shield segments during subway construction and operation,relying on the shield segment selection of a phase I project of Guiyang subway,this paper analyzes the segment combination mode,block type,size formulation,wedge-shaped quantity determination,typesetting and assembly form,and puts forward the key points of segment selection control.According to the karst geological characteristics of the project,the shield tunnel segments suitable for the area are selected after comprehensive comparison,which can ensure the ring forming quality of shield segment and effectively reduce the water leakage of tunnel.
