摘要
某矿1506巷为典型的深部开采软岩巷道,巷道掘进至575~670 m范围时穿越应力集中带,为此提出综合使用巷道表层喷浆、锚杆支护、锚索支护以及围岩注浆等相结的耦合支护方式对围岩进行控制,并依据现场条件设计围岩支护方案。采用的围岩控制技术可改善巷道软岩力学性质,提高围岩自身承载能力及稳定性,工程应用后巷道顶底板、巷帮变形较小,效果显著。
1506 roadway of a mine is a typical deep mining soft rock roadway.When the roadway is excavated to 575~670 m,it crosses the stress concentration zone.Therefore,it is proposed to comprehensively use the coupling support method of roadway surface shotcreting,bolt support,anchor cable support and surrounding rock grouting to control the surrounding rock,and design the surrounding rock support scheme according to the site conditions.The surrounding rock control technology adopted can improve the mechanical properties of soft rock in the roadway,and improve the bearing capacity and stability of the surrounding rock itself.After the engineering application,the deformation of the roof,floor and side of the roadway is small,and the effect is remarkable.
