摘要
针对岳城煤矿坚硬顶板端头悬顶面积大、巷道维护困难等问题,提出了工作面顶板深孔爆破卸压技术,结合现场条件确定了钻孔参数、爆破参数,并进行了现场试验。试验结果表明:深孔爆破卸压后,工作面端头处支架工作阻力显著下降,工作面周期来压压力逐渐放缓,说明深孔爆破卸压有效改变了顶板上方围岩的应力分布,减小了端头悬顶面积。
In view of the problems of large suspended roof area at the end of hard roof and difficult roadway maintenance in Yuecheng coal mine,the pressure relief technology of deep hole blasting of working face roof is proposed,and the drilling parameters and blasting parameters are determined in combination with the field conditions,and the field tests are carried out.The test results show that after the pressure relief of deep hole blasting,the working resistance of the support at the end of the working face decreases significantly,and the periodic incoming pressure of the working face slows down gradually,indicating that the pressure relief of deep hole blasting effectively changes the stress distribution of the surrounding rock above the roof and reduces the area of the end overhang.
