宣钢1号高炉降低焦比实践操作

摘要 根据宣钢1号高炉生产焦比的现状,在理论分析与实践研究的基础上,结合宣钢1号高炉冶炼的生产状况,以大量的生产数据为依据,对1号高炉降焦节能进行了对比分析。在不断优化和实践的过程中,探索出了宣钢1号高炉降焦节能的具体措施,在入炉原料、即精料的基础上,结合装料制度的调整,热制度、造渣制度的优化使宣钢1号高炉的焦比大幅度的降低,取得了显著的经济效益。 According to the current situation of coke ratio in No.1 blast furnace of Xuanhua Steel,based on theoretical analysis and practical research,combined with the production status of No.1 blast furnace of Xuanhua Steel,and based on a large number of production data,a comparative analysis of coke reduction and energy saving of No.1 blast furnace is carried out.In the process of continuous optimization and practice,the specific measures for coke reduction and energy saving of No.1 blast furnace of Xuanhua Steel have been explored.On the basis of raw materials,refined materials,combined with the adjustment of charging system,the optimization of thermal system and slag making system,the coke ratio of No.1 blast furnace of Xuanhua Steel has been greatly reduced,and remarkable economic benefits have been obtained.
