摘要
针对日钢2150产线薄规格中碳钢45Mn钢卷扁卷缺陷问题,通过检测分析45Mn钢卷金相组织及性能情况入手,并进行改进试验。实验结果表明,通过调整终轧、卷取工艺温度及冷却策略,改善了组织构成,从而有效解决了薄规格中碳钢45 Mn的扁卷问题。
Aiming at the defect of coil collapse of thin medium carbon steel 45 Mn in Rizhao Steel 2150 production line,starting with the analysis of metallographic structure and performance,are analyzed by testing,and experiment is carried out.The test result shows that.the structure composition is improved by adjusting the final rolling and coiling process temperature and cooling strategy,so as to effectively solve the problem of coil collapse of thin medium carbon steel 45 Mn.
