摘要
随着我国将食盐监管纳入到食品监管的体系中以及食盐生产企业逐步由轻工型向食品型转变,食盐生产企业势必重视对食盐货架期的研究。本文主要对食盐货架期的重要性及其研究现状进行探讨,阐述食盐货架期的确定方法及其利弊分析并提出构建食盐货架期体系的设想。
With the incorporation of edible salt supervision into the food supervision system in China and the gradual transformation of edible salt production enterprises from light industry to food industry, salt manufacturers attach great importance to the research of salt shelf life. In this paper, the importance and research status of edible salt shelf life were mainly discussed. The determination method of edible salt shelf life and the analysis of its advantages and disadvantages were expounded, and the tentative idea of constructing edible salt shelf life system was proposed.
