摘要
顶部驱动修井系统是一种新型的石油天然气修井作业装备,可替代常规转盘驱动钻具旋转钻进。针对修井现场自动化作业的需要,顶部驱动修井系统成了自动化修井作业所必需的产品。本研究从整机结构到关键零部件的有限元分析、校核,简单介绍了85t顶部驱动修井系统主机结构,为进一步推动该产品的应用提供一些参考。
The top drive workover system is a new type of oil and gas workover equipment,which can replace conventional rotary drilling tools for drilling.In response to the need for automated workover sites,the top drive workover system has become a necessary product for automated workover operations.This study briefly introduces the mainframe structure of the 85t top drive workover system,from the complete machine structure to the analysis and verification of key components,providing some references for further promotion of the application of this product.
