摘要
目的 分析中药熏洗配合中医康复指导对脑卒中偏瘫患者的效果。方法 60例脑卒中偏瘫患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,各30例。对照组采用常规干预,试验组在对照组的基础上采取中药熏洗配合中医康复指导。比较两组患者平衡功能、起立和行走计时测试、肌力爆发速度、四肢简化功能、日常生活活动能力、手部运动能力评分。结果 试验组患者平衡功能评分(76.19±9.62)分、起立和行走计时测试评分(3.22±0.18)分、肌力爆发速度评分(7.38±0.29)分均优于对照组的(64.09±8.51)、(5.18±0.58)、(4.99±0.33)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者四肢简化功能评分(82.62±10.55)分、日常生活活动能力评分(74.30±10.02)分、手部运动能力评分(14.42±5.13)分均高于对照组的(64.66±7.53)、(61.35±8.01)、(7.48±3.13)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采取中药熏洗配合中医康复指导对脑卒中偏瘫的患者效果显著,可有效改善患者的临床症状及生活活动能力,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation guidance on patients with post-stroke hemiplegia. Methods A total of 60patients with post-stroke hemiplegia were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was received conventional intervention, and the experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation guidance on the basis of the control group. The balance function, standing and walking timing test, muscle strength burst speed, simplified limb function, activities of daily living and hand movement ability scores were compared between the two groups. Results The score of balance function(76.19±9.62) points, the score standing and walking time test(3.22±0.18) points and the score of muscle strength burst speed(7.38±0.29) points of the experimental group were better than(64.09±8.51),(5.18±0.58), and(4.99±0.33) points of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of simplified limb function, activities of daily living and hand movement ability were(82.62±10.55),(74.30±10.02) and(14.42±5.13) points in the experimental group, which were higher than(64.66±7.53),(61.35±8.01) and(7.48±3.13) points in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation guidance has significant effect on patients with post-stroke hemiplegia, and can effectively improve the clinical symptom and activities of daily living, which is worthy of promotion.
