摘要
为了获得非水反应双组份聚氨酯高聚物(后文简称高聚物)的动模量和其外包盾构隧道时的最优减震密度和厚度,文中通过共振柱试验和无约束共振试验获取此高聚物注浆材料动弹性模量、动剪切模量和阻尼比,并利用得到高聚物动力学参数,采用ABAQUS数值计算软件,建立多个无限边界有限元模型,并考虑17种高聚物外包隧道工况。通过输入不同密度、动弹性模量、泊松比和厚度的高聚物外包层参数,分析高聚物外包隧道的动力响应。由结果可知高聚物外包层能有效的降低衬砌结构的拉应力,具有较好的减震效果,同时给出高聚物外包层的最优密度0.22~0.33 g/cm^(3)和厚度20 cm。试验结果为高聚物外包隧道减震提供依据与参考。
In order to obtain dynamic modulus of non-water reacted two-component polymer(NRTCP)and gain an optimum density and thickness of the NRTCP layer around shield tunnel to reduce seismic effect,a resonant column test and an impact resonant test are used to gain dynamic elastic modulus,dynamic shear modulus and damping ratios of NRTCP.Then,finite element models with infinite boundary are built,and 17 kinds of NRTCP with different densities and thicknesses are used in the models to research tensile stress under seismic load.The results show that NRTCP has positive effect on shock absorption.The optimum density(0.22~0.33 g/cm^(3))and thickness(20 cm)of NRTCP used around tunnel for seismic absorption are suggested.
