摘要
微信作为国民级应用已经拥有10亿多的用户,微信公众平台也吸引了众多企事业单位、社会组织和个人的进驻,已然成为新的信息传播方式。通过微信公众平台上的公众号发布的文章属于网络证据,其能够作为专利检索的目标文献。本文重点介绍基于微信APP以及基于“搜狗微信搜索”两种方式检索公众号和公众号文章,并结合实际案例介绍微信检索在专利检索中的应用,给出微信检索策略优化。
As a national application,WeChat influences more than 1 billion users,so that attracts companies,government-sponsored institutions,social organizations and individuals to register the WeChat official accounts,and becomes a new information spreading mode.The articles published through WeChat official accounts are regarded as network evidences that can serve as target documents of patent search.In this paper,we mainly introduce two search methods,WeChat APP and“Sogou WeChat search”,for searching WeChat official accounts and articles published on them.Furthermore,we discuss the application of WeChat search in patent search based on actual cases and propose an optimization of WeChat search strategy.
