摘要
加强地方高校党务干部队伍建设是新时代全面贯彻落实党的组织路线,推进党的建设新的伟大工程落实的重要层面,利于提高地方高校的党建工作水平。但地方高校党务干部队伍建设仍然存在一些问题,以凯里学院为个案看,主要是机构设置和人员配备不到位,业务水平不高,考核评价制度不健全等。针对这些问题的解决,需要强化领导、健全机构和配齐人员、强化责任落实、加强制度建设、增强培训学习等来推动,才能实现高校党务干部队伍建设的优化发展。
Strengthening the construction of the contingent of party affairs cadres in local colleges and universities is an important guarantee for comprehensively implementing the party's organizational line in the new era,promoting the new great project of party building,and promoting the scientific level of party building in colleges and universities.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the construction of party affairs cadres in Kaili University,this paper thinks that there are some problems,such as low professional level of personnel,imperfect evaluation system and so on.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward countermeasures in six aspects,such as strengthening the implementation of responsibilities and strengthening system construction,which is of great practical significance to further strengthen the construction of the contingent of party cadres in colleges and universities and promote the new great project of party building.
