摘要
基于陕西省铜川市玉皇阁二号桥及引线工程百米双肢空心薄壁墩的施工,分析了滑模、翻模及爬模等施工方法,选定出各方面都有显著优势的液压爬模方法,完成该空心薄壁墩的施工。同时,阐明了空心薄壁高墩液压爬模的施工工艺和质量控制措施,并从埋件系统准确定位、对拉螺杆的精准设置、面板修复、墩身垂直度控制等方面保证该高墩施工的质量及安全,可供类似百米空心薄壁高墩借鉴。
Based on the construction of 100 m double hollow thin-wall pier of Yuhuangge No.2 bridge and lead line project in Tongchuan City, Shaanxi Province, the construction methods of slip formwork, turnover formwork and climbing formwork are analyzed, and the hydraulic climbing formwork method with significant advantages in all aspects is selected to complete the construction of the hollow thin-wall pier. At the same time, the construction technology and quality control measures of the hydraulic climbing formwork of the hollow thin-wall high pier are expounded, and the quality and safety of the high pier construction are guaranteed from the aspects of accurate positioning of the embedded parts system,accurate setting of the tension screw, panel repair, pier shaft verticality control, etc. It can be used as reference for similar 100 m hollow thin-wall high piers.
