摘要
目的:对比分析尿干化学分析仪、显微镜手工法检验尿常规的检验结果,以优化尿常规检验方法。方法:选择2019年10月~2020年6月在本院进行尿常规检验的160例(160份尿液标本)患者,根据检验方法随机分为尿干化学分析仪检验的对照组、显微镜手工法检验的观察组。比较经不同方法检验后白细胞、红细胞、尿蛋白检验结果。结果:尿常规经不同方法检验后,观察组、对照组组间白细胞(20.00%,20.00%)、红细胞(23.75%,25.00%)、尿蛋白(15.00%,15.00%)检验阳性结果比较,差异并无显著性,P均>0.05。结论:尿常规检验可以有效筛查泌尿系统相关疾病,其中,尿干化学分析仪、显微镜手工法检验方法较为常用,且整体尿常规检验价值相当,需结合受检患者的实际情况合理选择尿常规检验方法,也可以进行联合检验,以提高检验准确率,利于疾病的早期诊断、治疗,促进患者预后。
Objective:To compare and analyze the test results of urine dry chemical analyzer and microscope manual method to optimize the urine routine test method.Methods:160 patients(160 urine specimens)who underwent routine urine testing in our hospital from October 2019 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group tested by urine dry chemistry analyzer and manual microscope method according to the testing method.Observation group for inspection.Compare the results of routine tests of white blood cells,red blood cells and urine proteinuria after different methods.Results:After the urine routine was tested by different methods,there was no significant difference in the positive results of white blood cells(20.00%,20.00%),red blood cells(23.75%,25.00%),and urine protein(15.00%,15.00%)between the observation group and the control group,all P>0.05.Conclusion:Urine routine test can effectively screen for urinary system related diseases.Among them,urine dry chemistry analyzer and microscope manual inspection methods are more commonly used,and the overall urine routine test is of equal value.It is necessary to choose a reasonable urine routine based on the actual situation of the tested patient.The test method can also be combined test to improve the test accuracy,which is conducive to the early diagnosis and treatment of the disease and promotes the prognosis of the patient.
