摘要
目的:比对便携式血糖仪和全自动生化分析仪在血糖检测的结果。方法:随机遴选2021年3月~2021年9月53例糖尿病患者作为入组对象,抽取其晨起空腹静脉血3mL,便携式血糖仪对全血样品进行血糖检测,全自动生化分析仪则需对离心处理后的血浆进行检测,对比测定结果。结果:除第一组外,其他各组不同检测仪器的测定结果差异显著(P<0.05);血糖浓度介于6.7~16.6mmol/L时二者线性拟合良好,其他各组相关性欠佳;便携式血糖仪检测结果相对偏倚值均介于0.7%~11.44%,明显低于20%。结论:便携式血糖仪操作简便,实用性较高,但准确度有待提高,实际测试时需规范操作,定期校正,方可达到临床检测要求。
Objective:To compare the results of POCT blood glucose meter and automatic biochemical analyzer.Methods:Randomly selected 53 diabetic patients from March 2021 to September 2021 as the enrolled subjects.3mL fasting venous blood was taken from them in the morning.POCT blood glucose meter was used to detect the blood glucose of whole blood samples,while automatic biochemical analyzer was used to detect the centrifuged plasma,and the results were compared.Results:Except the first group,there were significant differences in the results of different instruments in other groups(P<0.05);When the blood glucose concentration was between 6.7~16.6mmol/L,the linear fitting between them was good,and the correlation between other groups was not good;The relative bias of POCT blood glucose meter was 0.7%~11.44%,significantly lower than 20%.Conclusion:POCT blood glucose meter is simple and practical,but the accuracy needs to be improved.The actual test needs to be standardized and calibrated regularly to meet the clinical detection requirements.
