干旱胁迫对垂柳生理特性的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 以本土2年生垂柳植物为研究对象,以干旱条件下的生物生理变化规律探究为目的,以田间为基础研究环境开展了干旱环境下的垂柳植株生理特征影响研究。结果表明:(1)伴随着干旱条件所持续的时长增加,垂柳植株叶片区域内的各类型叶绿素含量及植株内的叶绿素总量均出现下跌,根据实验结果中垂柳植株对干旱条件的自身处理情况对比可知,其a型叶绿素数量下降1.45 mg/g,b型叶绿素数量下降0.30 mg/g;(2)干旱环境对垂柳成熟层面的威胁倒逼其内部生成了更多且具备更多活性的保护酶组织,其POD型保护酶活性数值提升14.30 U/g,SOD型保护酶活性数值提升17.42 U/g,CAT型保护酶活性数值提升9.67 U/g;(3)当干旱条件持续至25 d甚至高于25 d时垂柳细胞中的渗透物质明显增多,其溶解性蛋白质较常规情况占比增加40.10%,溶解性糖原较常规情况占比增加25.33%,游离性质脯氨酸较常规情况占比增加69.46%;(4)当干旱条件持续至10 d甚至高于15 d时,垂柳植株的导电能力及MDA含量分别得到上升,相较于常规生长条件下,实验后的垂柳实验对象的导电率提高21.47%,MDA含量提高35.62%。经对实验结果的全局分析,得出在干旱胁迫时长超于25 d后,垂柳植株将会产生明显的生理特性变动。 A field-based study was conducted to study the effects of drought on the physiological characteristics of weeping willow plants.A two-year-old weeping willow plant was selected as the research object to explore the biological and physiological changes under drought conditions.The experimental results show that:first,with the increase of the duration of drought conditions,the weeping willow leaves area of each type of chlorophyll content and total chlorophyll in the plant decreased.The comparison of the situation shows that the amount of a-type chlorophyll decreased by 1.45 mg/g,and the amount of b-type chlorophyll decreased by 0.30 mg/g.Secondly,the threat of drought environment to the mature layer of weeping willow forced the formation of more protective enzyme tissues with more activities.The activity of POD type protective enzyme increased by 14.30 U/g;the activity of SOD type protective enzyme increased by 17.42 U/g,and the activity of CAT type protective enzyme increased by 9.67 U/g.Thirdly,the osmotic substances in weeping willow cells increased significantly when drought conditions lasted to 25 d or even higher than 25 d,and the proportion of soluble protein,soluble glycogen and free proline increased by 40.10%,25.33% and 69.46% compared with the conventional conditions.Fourthly,when the drought conditions lasted to 10 d or even higher than 15 d,the electrical conductivity and MDA content of weeping willow plants increased respectively.Compared with the conventional growth conditions,the electrical conductivity and MDA content of weeping willow subjects were increased by 21.47% and 35.62% respectively after the experiment.After the global analysis of the experimental results,it was concluded that weeping willow plants would have obvious changes in physiological characteristics when drought stress lasted longer than 25 days.
