摘要
本文对中国城市典型的“疏路网、大街区”结构与老旧小区的空间关系进行了详细的研究。通过对青岛市中选取的一个大街区内的多个老旧小区的活动空间分布、基础设施、周边环境和居民改造需求等情况进行了调查和分析,从大街区角度总结了老旧小区改造面临的问题,提出了改善道路连通性、合理化分布公共服务以及对老旧小区进行差异化改造的策略,并利用这些策略对所选的老旧小区进行了改造。本文提出的建议可以为老旧小区改造拓宽思路,提供更多的方法和建议。
This paper has conducted detailed research on the relationship between Supergrid and Superblock structure and old community,and the spatial distribution,infrastructure,surrounding environment and upgrading demands of the residents of several old communities in Qingdao.From the perspective of Superblock,this paper proposed to improve road connectivity,rationalize public services distribution,and renovate according to special characteristics of old gated communities.These strategies are further used to modified the selected gated communities for improvement.The proposal herein can broaden ideas for the renovation of old communities,and provide more methods and recommendations.
