摘要
房地产展示区的园林景观是一项复杂程度很高且环环相扣的系统性工作,包括场地调研、设计再施工等,具有设计时间紧凑、施工工期短、交付时间赶等特点。优秀的园林景观需要专业的设计,合理的搭配,以及各方的配合才能呈现出最终的效果。该文以广州市南沙区天珀雅苑项目展示区园林景观工程为研究案例,探讨房地产展示区园林景观精品工程施工技术和工程管理,以期为相关的景观工程提供借鉴。
The landscape of the real estate exhibition area is a highly complex and interlocking systematic work,including site investigation,design and construction.It has the characteristics of compact design time,short construction period and timely delivery.Excellent landscape needs professional design,reasonable collocation,and the cooperation of all parties to show the final effect.Taking the landscape project of Tianpoya garden project in Nansha district of Guangzhou city as a case study,this paper discusses the construction technology and engineering management of high-quality landscape projects in real estate exhibition areas,in order to provide reference for relevant landscape projects.
