摘要
目的 分析在巨脾型晚期血吸虫病快速康复外科流程中应用临床护理路径干预的实施价值。方法 选取本院在2021年1月至2022年5月收治的70例巨脾型晚期血吸虫病患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将入院患者以1/1的比例纳入两组,对照组35例,实施常规康复外科流程干预,观察组35例,实施临床护理路径下的快速康复外科流程干预;对比不同护理模式下两组患者并发症发生率、预后恢复指标、生活质量。结果 观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,术后首次排气、排便、流质饮食、术后补液、拔除腹腔引流管以及住院时间短于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在巨脾型晚期血吸虫病快速康复外科流程中应用临床护理路径干预可有效预防手术并发症的发生,并促进患者术后恢复,提升其生活质量。
Objective To analyze the implementation value of clinical nursing pathway intervention in the surgical procedure of rapid recovery of megasplenomegaly advanced schistosomiasis.Methods A total of 70 patients with advanced schistosomiasis of the giant spleen type who were admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the proportion of admitted patients was 1/1 into the two groups,and the control group was 35 cases,implemented routine rehabilitation surgery process intervention,and 35 cases in the observation group were implemented rapid rehabilitation surgery process intervention under the clinical nursing pathway;the incidence of complications,prognosis and recovery indicators,and quality of life were compared between the two groups of patients under different nursing modes.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The first postoperative exhaust,defecation,liquid diet,postoperative fluid replacement,removal of abdominal drainage tube and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group.The quality of life scores were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway intervention in the rapid recovery surgical procedure of megasplenomegaly advanced schistosomiasis can effectively prevent the occurrence of surgical complications,promote postoperative recovery of patients,and improve their quality of life.
