摘要
“技能贵州”是贯彻落实习近平总书记视察贵州重要讲话精神和对技能人才工作的重要指示精神,是落实“十四五”职业技能培训、技工教育规划及“技能中国行动”部署的要求。农民群体是新农村的主力军,提升农民素质不仅是破解“三农”问题的核心,也是乡村振兴的关键。围绕贵州农民教育问题进行探讨,为落实“技能贵州”行动提供参考。
“Skills Guizhou”is to implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech on inspection of Guizhou and the spirit of important instructions on the work of skilled personnel,and to implement the requirements of the“14 th Five-year plan”for vocational skill training,technical education and the deployment of“Skills China Action”.Farmers are the main force in the new countryside.Improving the quality of farmers is not only the core of solving problems related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers,but also the key to rural revitalization.This paper discussed the problems of Guizhou farmers’education to provide reference for the implementation of“Skills Guizhou”action.
