摘要
为调查我国部分地区禽偏肺病毒(a MPV)的感染情况,本研究从福建、四川、广东、江苏4省的8个地区采集鸡、鸭、鹅、鸽的咽喉/泄殖腔双拭子样品共1 920份,利用四重荧光定量RT-PCR方法检测A、B、C、D亚群的aMPV。结果显示,1 920份样品中共检出aMPV阳性样品51份,其中,B亚群39份,C亚群7份,B亚群和C亚群混合感染5份。4个省aMPV的总阳性率为2.67%(51/1 920),各省aMPV阳性率为0.63%~3.96%;场点阳性率为21.21%(7/33),其中批发市场、零售市场、养殖场和屠宰场场点阳性率分别为80%(4/5)、23%(3/13)、0(0/14)和0(0/1)。鸡a MPV阳性率为3.42%(47/1 373),其中B亚群阳性率为2.78%(38/1 373),C亚群阳性率为0.29%(4/1 373),B和C亚群混合感染阳性率为0.36%(5/1 373),未检测到A和D亚群aMPV。鸽B亚群阳性率为2.63%(1/38),未检测到A、C和D亚群aMPV。鸭C亚群阳性率0.64%(3/466)。研究表明,我国鸡、鸭、鸽中存在aMPV感染,鸡为其主要宿主,B亚群aMPV为优势流行亚群,并首次发现国内鸡群存在B、C亚群aMPV的混合感染。本研究不仅丰富了a MPV的流行病学资料,也为其疫苗研制提供数据参考。
In order to investigate the infection of avian metapneumovirus in parts of China, 1920 throat/cloacal swab samples of chickens, ducks, geese and pigeons were collected from 8 areas of Fujian, Sichuan, Guangdong and Jiangsu provinces.Quadruple fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR was used to detect avian metapneumovirus subgroups A, B, C and D. The results showed that 51 positive samples of avian metapneumovirus were detected in 1920 samples, including 39 samples of subgroup B, 7samples of subgroup C, and 5 samples of mixed infection of subgroup B and subgroup C. The individual positive rate of avian metapneumovirus in four provinces was 2.67%(51/1920), and the individual positive rate in each province was 0.63%-3.96%, and the positive rate in sites was 21.21%(7/33), the positive rates of wholesale markets, reail markets, farms and slaughterhouses were80%(4/5), 23%(3/13), 0(0/14) and 0(0/1) respectively. The positive rate of individual chicken was 3.42%(47/1373), of which the positive rate of subgroup B was 2.78%(38/1373), the positive rate of subgroup C was 0.29%(4/1373), and the positive rate of mixed infection of subgroup B and C was 0.36%(5/1373). Subgroups A and D were not detected. The positive rate of pigeon subgroup B was 2.63%(1/38), and no subgroups A, C and D were detected. The positive rate of duck C subgroup was 0.64%(3/466). The results showed that there was aMPV infection in chickens, ducks and pigeons in China, and chickens are the main epidemic hosts. Subgroup B avian metapneumovirus is the dominant subgroup. Mixed infection of subgroup B and C avian metapneumovirus was found for the first time in domestic chicken flocks. This study not only enriches the epidemiological data of aMPV, but also provides data for its vaccine development.
