摘要
构音障碍是中风患者常见的后遗症之一,严重影响患者的日常交流与生活质量,在中医学中属“喑痱”“风喑”等范畴,多因经络不通,气血阻滞,而致筋脉失养,出现舌强语謇。针灸作为一种舒筋活络、通窍开音的重要疗法,近年来已被广泛应用于中风后构音障碍的临床治疗并且疗效显著。文章收集整理相关文献,将近年来针灸治疗中风后构音障碍的研究进展作一综述,以期为今后的临床治疗提供参考。
Dysarthria is one of the common sequelae of stroke patients,which seriously affects the daily communication and quality of life of patients.In traditional Chinese medicine,this disease belongs to the categories of"prickly heat"and"wind fever",mostly due to the lack of meridians,qi and blood blockage,resulting in loss of muscles and veins,and strong tongue and tongue.As an important therapy for relieving muscles and activating the network and opening up the sound,acupuncture has been widely used in the clinical treatment of post-stroke dysarthria in recent years and has a remarkable effect.This paper collects and collates the relevant literature,and reviews the research progress of dysarthria after stroke in acupuncture treatment in recent years,in order to provide a reference for future clinical treatment.
