摘要
目的研究探讨集束化护理干预联合健脾生血方治疗再生障碍性贫血的应用及对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年6月—2020年6月医院收治的106例再生障碍性贫血患者,分为观察组和对照组,各53例。对照组给予健脾生血方治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合集束化护理干预。对两组患者的血液检查各项指标、生活质量、护理质量、护理满意度等进行统计比较。结果干预后观察组红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞比容(HCT)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为92.45%(49/53),高于对照组为75.47%(40/53)(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理干预联合健脾生血方治疗再生障碍性贫血的应用效果显著,能够改善患者RBC、Hb、HCT,提高患者生活质量和护理质量,提高护理满意度。
Objective To study the application of cluster nursing intervention combined with Jianpi Shengxue Recipe(健脾生血方)in the treatment of aplastic anemia and its influence on the quality of life of patients.Methods 106 patients with aplastic anemia in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group,53 cases in each group.The control group was given Jianpi Shengxue decoction,and the observation group was combined with cluster nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The blood examination indexes,quality of life,nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were statistically compared.Results after nursing intervention,the levels of RBC,Hb and HCT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of nursing quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 92.45%(49/53),which was higher than that of the control group 75.47%(40/53)(P<0.05).Conclusion the application effect of cluster nursing intervention combined with Jianpi Shengxue Decoction in the treatment of aplastic anemia is significant,which can improve the RBC,Hb,HCT and other indicators of patients,improve the quality of life and nursing quality of patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
