磷钨酸催化制备反式1,2-环己二醇

摘要 反式1,2-环己二醇是一种极为重要的有机化工原料。为了建立反式1,2-环己二醇绿色化合成方法,采用固体杂多酸—磷钨酸催化双氧水氧化环己烯制备。将双氧水和0.2 mol%的磷钨酸混合在一起,30°C活化0.5小时后,滴加环己烯的二氯甲烷溶液,滴加完后,继续搅拌6小时,反应终止后分液、水相提取数次后,从有机相中获得反式1,2-环己二醇,从水相中回收磷钨酸,不经任何处理,可以继续高效催化环己烯的氧化,回收的磷钨酸可以循环使用3次以上而不失活。该方法具有催化效率高、催化剂可循环使用、合成绿色化等特点。 Trans-1,2-cyclohexanediol is an extremely important organic chemical raw material.In order to establish a green synthesis of trans-1,2-cyclohexanediol,solid heteropoly acid-phosphotungstic acid was adopted to catalyze oxidation of cyclohexene with H_(2)O_(2).The mixture of H_(2)O_(2)and phosphotungstic acid was stirred at 30℃for 0.5 h,then the CH_(2)Cl_(2)solution of cyclohexene was slowly added,and the mixture was continued to stir at 30℃for 6 h.After the end of the reaction,trans-1,2-cyclohexanediol was obtained from organic phase after extraction from water phase,while phosphotungstic acid was recovered from water phase and directly reused to catalyze the oxidation of cyclohexene without any treatment,and it could be recycled for three times without significant loss of catalytic activity.This method has the advantages of high catalytic efficiency,recycling catalyst and green synthesis.
