摘要
目的探究去甲肾上腺素联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗脓毒症患者的疗效及对氧化应激指标的影响。方法回顾性分析2017年2月—2019年6月江门市人民医院收治的78例脓毒症患者的病历资料,根据治疗方式的差异性分为两组,均为39例。对照组行去甲肾上腺素治疗,观察组基于此实施磷酸肌酸钠治疗。比较两组患者氧化应激指标、治疗效果及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组MDA水平(8.21±1.21)nmol/mg低于对照组,SOD(59.89±6.11)U/mg、GSH-Px水平(78.21±6.25)U/mg高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.153、7.470、2.132,P<0.05);观察组治疗效果97.44%明显高于对照组79.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脓毒症患者予以去甲肾上腺素联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗可抑制氧化应激损伤,提升治疗效果,安全性高。
Objective To explore the efficacy of norepinephrine combined with creatine phosphate in the treatment of patients with sepsis and its effect on oxidative stress indicators.Methods The medical records of 78 patients with sepsis admitted to Jiangmen People's Hospital from Feb⁃ruary 2017 to June 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the differences of treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,with 39 cases in both groups.The control group was treated with norepinephrine,and the observation group was treated with sodium phos⁃phate creatine based on this.The oxidative stress indexes,treatment effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Re⁃sults After treatment,the level of MDA in the observation group was(8.21±1.21)nmol/mg lower than that in the control group,the levels of SOD(59.89±6.11)U/mg and GSH-Px(78.21±6.25)U/mg were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(t=5.153,7.470,2.132,P<0.05);the treatment effect of the observation group was 97.44%significantly higher than that of the control group(79.49%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the adverse reac⁃tion rate between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Norepinephrine combined with creatine phosphate in pa⁃tients with sepsis can inhibit oxidative stress injury,improve the therapeutic effect,and has high safety.
