摘要
目的分析心理治疗在青少年抑郁症中的临床有效性。方法选择2018年12月—2020年2月济南市嬴城荣军医院收治的88例青少年抑郁症患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组44例。参照组采用单纯药物治疗,观察组联合实施心理治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果。结果参照组患者治疗总有效率72.73%(32/44)较观察组患者95.45%(42/44)明显更低,抑郁心理状态评分更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.494,t=6.408、14.525,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组TESS评分显著低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应产生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经8周治疗后,观察组生活治疗评分,显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对青少年抑郁症患者采用心理治疗方法可有效改善患者抑郁心理,提高治疗效果。
Objective To analyze the clinical effectiveness of psychotherapy in adolescent depression.Methods A total of 88 adolescent depression patients admitted to Yingcheng Rongjun Hospital in Jinan City from December 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with medication alone,while the observation group was treated with psychotherapy.Comparison of the treatment effects of the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of patients in the reference group was 72.72%(32/44),which was significantly lower than that of the patients in the observation group,which was 95.45%(42/44),and the score of depression was higher,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.494,t=6.408,14.525,P<0.05).After treatment,the TESS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the life therapy score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of psychotherapy for adolescent depression patients can effectively improve the depression psychology of patients and improve the treatment effect.
