摘要
院前创伤所致疼痛的危害较大,具有其本身的特点,与院内疼痛的管理不同,有效的院前创伤疼痛处置可以促进疾病的转归。本文在总结当前院前创伤疼痛处置现状的同时,借鉴参考了国内外军队、地方部门在创伤救治中镇痛药物的使用情况和研究成果,讨论建立完善的院前镇痛流程,阐述了镇痛方案的配置、镇痛药物的选择、给药方式及镇痛疗效的判定等。
There is great harmful effect on those patients suffered from the pre-hospital trauma pain and the pre-hospital pain management is far from expectation.The effective pain management could promote the outcome of disease.The pre-hospital trauma pain has their own features and the management is different from the in-hospital pain.The current situation of pre-hospital trauma pain was summarized in this article.The using of analgesics and the achievement of those domestic and international studies were referred.A better pre-hospital analgesia strategy was suggested and the configuration of pain management strategy,the selection of analgesics,the way of administering drugs and the assessment of the efficacy of implementation were discussed.
