摘要
青霉素生产中酸化提取采用离心机连续萃取工艺,废酸水的pH值为关键工艺控制参数,其控制结果直接影响产品质量及收率。传统手动调节存在人员操作经验依赖性强、工作效率低、系统稳定性差等缺点,很难满足实时控制的要求。为了提高酸化提取过程废酸水pH值的可控性及稳定性,提出了采用PID自控技术取代人工调节的方案。结合青霉素的生产设备、工艺流程、参数要求等,设计出了一套PID控制废酸水pH值的系统,通过PID参数调试,实现了酸化提取过程废酸水pH值的可控及稳定。在保证产品质量的前提下,提高了产品收率,降低了运行人员的劳动强度。
In penicillin production, the continuous extraction process of centrifuge is adopted for acidification extraction,and the pH value of waste acid water is the key process control parameter, and the control result directly affects the product quality and yield. Traditional manual adjustment has some disadvantages, such as strong dependence on operating experience, low work efficiency and poor system stability, so it is difficult to meet the requirements of real-time control. In order to improve the controllability and stability of pH value of waste acid water in the process of acidification and extraction, a scheme of using PID automatic control technology instead of manual adjustment was put forward. Combined with the production equipment, process flow and parameter requirements of penicillin, a set of PID control system for the pH value of waste acid water was designed. Through PID parameter debugging, the pH value of waste acid water in the acidification extraction process was controllable and stable. On the premise of ensuring the product quality, the product yield is improved and the labor intensity of operators is reduced.
