摘要
为保证白洞矿8119综放工作面设备及液压支架的顺利回撤,需要在末采阶段铺设人工假顶。针对金属网配合液压支架材料费用高、安全性差的难题,提出了铺设柔性网、锚杆、锚索固定上网钢丝绳的方案,利用柔性网代替传统金属网,简化联网工序。结果表明,该方案上网速度加快,缩短了施工工期,降低了职工劳动强度,提高了安全系数,保障了设备及液压支架的安全回撤,为该矿其它工作面末采阶段提供了借鉴意义。
In order to successfully withdraw the equipment and hydraulic support of No. 8119 fully mechanized caving face in Baidong Mine, it was necessary to lay artificial roof at the end of mining stage. Aiming at the problems of high cost and poor safety of metal mesh with hydraulic support materials, a scheme of laying flexible mesh, anchor rod and anchor cable to fix wire rope was proposed. The flexible mesh was used to replace the traditional metal mesh and simplify the networking process. The results showed that the scheme accelerated the online speed, shortened the construction period, reduced the labor intensity of workers, improved the safety factor, and ensured the safe withdrawal of equipment and hydraulic support,which provided reference for the final mining stage of other working faces in the mine.
