摘要
通过对《义务教育体育与健康课程标准(2022版)》确定的运动能力、健康行为、体育品德3项核心素养的解读,概括出教会学生掌握技能、培养学生运用技能、促进学生增强体能、增进学生身体健康和培养学生终身体育意识5项基本任务,并基于这5项基本任务给出具体的教学策略.研究成果可为体育教师科学地进行教学设计和开展课堂教学提供借鉴.
Through the interpretation of the three core qualities of sports ability, health behavior and sports morality determined by the Compulsory Education Sports and Health Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition),five basic tasks were summarized: teaching students to master the skills, training students to use skills, promoting students to enhance physical fitness, improving students′ physical health, and cultivating students′ lifelong sports awareness. Based on these, specific teaching strategies were proposed. The research results can provide reference for physical education teachers to carry out scientific teaching design and classroom teaching.
