摘要
应用型本科高校商科教育的办学定位受学校定位的影响,具有服务面向区域化、培养目标职业化、课程结构模块化和质量标准技术化的特点。通用能力(一般能力)和专业能力(学科特定能力)共同形成学生完整的能力体系。针对学生能力培养面临的主要困难,应用型本科高校商科应有计划地开展企业短期实习活动,充分发挥虚拟仿真实训系统的作用,吸收学生参加经济社会调查研究项目,实施案例教学,组织学生参加各类学科技能竞赛和综合素质竞赛,引导学生参加从业(职业)资格考试,从而提高商科学生的能力和综合素质。
The orientation of business education in application-oriented universities is influenced by the orientation of the university,which has the characteristics of market regionalization,professional training objectives,modular curriculum structure,and technical quality standards.General ability and professional ability(subject specific ability)form a complete ability system of students.In view of the main difficulties faced by students'ability training,business departments of application-oriented universities should carry out short-term practice activities in enterprises in a planned way,give full play to the role of virtual simulation training system,absorb students to participate in economic and social investigation and research projects,implement case teaching,organize students to participate in various subject skill competitions and comprehensive quality competitions,and guide students to participate in employment(occupation)qualifications test.So as to improve the ability and comprehensive quality of business students.
