铌微合金化对汽车用典型双相钢加工性能的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 Nb(铌)是目前汽车用钢提升韧性最重要的一种微合金元素,而韧性提升也有利于提升钢材的成形性能。对比了含Nb、不含Nb的2种典型牌号汽车用双相钢板的冲压、扩孔性能,并结合相关微观表征试验分析了Nb对提升双相钢板成形性能的机理。结果表明:含Nb双相钢板具有更加优异的成形性能。Nb元素通过细化钢板组织进而促进成形过程中基体中的应力分布均匀化、增强裂纹扩展阻力、强化γ-<111>//ND纤维织构,起到了抑制成形缺陷萌生及发展的作用。 Niobium is the most important microalloy element to improve the toughness of automotive steel,and the improvement of toughness is also conducive to improve the formability of steel.This paper compared the stamping and hole expansion reaming properties of 2 typical brands of automotive dual phase steel sheets with and without Nb,and analyzed the mechanism of Nb improving the formability of dual phase steel sheets in combination with relevant micro characterization tests.The results show that the dual phase steel sheet containing Nb has better formability.Nb element can refine the structure of steel plate,and then promote the homogenization of stress distribution in the matrix,enhance the resistance of crack propagation and strengthenγ-<111>//ND fiber texture,can inhibit the initiation and development of forming defects.
