摘要
为深入了解生物降解材料的基本性能,介绍生物降解材料聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)、聚丁二酸-丁二醇酯(PBS)、聚甲基乙撑碳酸酯(PPC)以及聚乳酸(PLA)、聚羟基烷酯族聚合物(PHAs)的性能,总结生物降解材料在医疗、包装、农业等领域的研究进展。研究表明:目前生物降解材料存在降解时间不易控制,阻隔性较差,力学性能不能满足使用要求等缺陷。研究指出,严格控制生物降解材料加工制备过程,使用助剂对生物降解材料进行改性以提高其综合性能,从而进一步拓宽生物降解材料的应用领域。
In order to deeply understand the basic properties of biodegradable materials, the properties of biodegradable materials such as poly(adipic acid/butadiene terephthalate)(PBAT), poly(succinic acid-butanediol)(PBS), poly(methyl ethyl carbonate)(PPC) and poly(lactic acid)(PLA), polyhydroxyalkanes(PHAs) are introduced and research progress of biodegradable materials in medical, packaging, agriculture and other fields are summarized. The research show that the degradation time of biodegradable materials is not easy to control, the barrier property is poor, and the mechanical properties can not meet the requirements. It is pointed out that the preparation process of biodegradable materials should be strictly controlled, and additives should be used to modify the biodegradable materials to improve their comprehensive properties, so as to further broaden the application field of biodegradable materials.
